Vola

The project brief

Vola was designed for people dealing with a low bank balance or a low credit score. The product brings cash access and financial education into one mobile experience.

The core journey lets users add their information, connect a bank account, and access cash through the app. A content library offers guidance about credit scores and earning money; these are educational topics, not verified financial outcomes.

MessApps mapped the user journey through project architecture and designed and developed the app screens. The original brief identifies speed of fund delivery and account security as the main design and development challenges.

The design work also covered typography, a green-led color palette, and distinct interface elements intended to make the financial experience clear and approachable.
